HOTEL RESERVATION RELATED INFORMATION
Participants would book the hotel on
their own responsibility directly by booking site or the hotel.
It is possible for individual participants to
make bookings by sending an e-mail directly to Best Western Premier Tuushin
Hotel. In the e-mail, the participant should state basic booking information,
the event name, and that their stay is arranged by National University of
Mongolia; and send it to reservation@bestwesternmongolia.mn and sm@bestwesternmongolia.mn.
If the booking is made through any kind of
booking website, the participants will not be able to enjoy the special rate
offered for NUM guests.
*We have negotiated with Best Western Premier Tuushin Hotel to give a
discount to our conference guests.
Another option can be receiving
the list of participants willing to book the rooms in the above hotel. Then we
can send it to the reservation officer of the hotel.

If Japanese participants, about ten
persons, use same flight, is a rental bus available from an airport to hotels?
Depending on the number of guests and the
preference of the guests, it is possible for Best Western Premier Tuushin Hotel
to arrange a car or a mini bus for airport pick up.
Q:
Which currency is better to have? US
dollar or Japanese Yen?
It is possible to make
room payments at Best Western Premier Tuushin Hotel with both US dollar or
Japanese Yen.
